This new division is formed through the merger of our maintenance department and our Pegasus Town Conservation Management team. The aim is to bring together under the supervision of Jason Butt, Environmental Care Manager, our current staff dedicated to native ecosystem rehabilitation, project after-care and all maintenance contracts for local authorities.

Central to the naming of this new division is the notion of 'care'. Care for the environment, the plants, animals and the people who enjoy and share in the experience of these places.

We want to:
· set the standard for restoration and rehabilitation of natural environments;
· be the market leader for quality in grounds maintenance;
· deliver value for money for our customers; and
· provide a safe and enjoyable workplace.
Key services include:
· project after-care;
· ecological weed control;
· revegetation and restoration plantings; and
· total site management.

Our service contracts have included award winning sites such as Clearwater Golf Resort and the Anzac Drive Expressway. We also help maintain areas of significant conservation value such as the Travis Wetland and Kate Valley conservation management areas. We are also closely involved in establishing new such areas. Our contract at Pegasus Town for the supply, planting and maintenance of plants in the development's conservation areas is a good example. In these areas over 200,000 plants have been grown, planted and are currently being maintained in what was previously farm land and bog. Our current portfolio of over 100 maintenance contracts are held with local authorities, private land owners, property developers and civil contracting companies include: parks, waterways, street plantings and commercial premises as well as re-vegetation and wetland areas.
